Swimming, walking, tangled up!

Today was the first full day with Jayla here. MamaMuffin took us for a short walk today- together. I don't think she'll be doing that again, at least not both of us. She took us down the road to where I like to jump into the water and Jayla jumped right in too. There's a little drop off in the beginning that MamaMuffin can see from land, and that's exactly where Jayla stepped off to and so Jayla took a quick swim, but she came back quickly. MamaMuffin looked a bit scared, but she kept Jayla on the leash, so that was her safety "net". We only hung out for a little bit because Jayla and I kept trying to wonder off, well I was and Jayla was trying to follow. I thought MamaMuffin put Jayla's harness on correctly, but on the way home it looked like her arm came through? Well, then Mama put us in the backyard and opened the gate. Jayla jumped in the water again, but this time MamaMuffin was really scared and called us in immediately. I think she was scared Jayla might run down the back of the houses and get lost, like I did last week. I don't think Jayla's mama would like that at all. I can't wait for Jayla's mom to visit sometime when she can hang out for a while, so Jayla can really go swimming with me. Well, if she swims, I'll probably swim. I swam before Matt left. Master and MamaMuffin took me to Mt. Trashmore and some guy had his puppy out in the water and I swam to it, I think if Jayla was out in the lake, I'd swim to her. Today was super hot outside, so we stayed inside until the evening when Mama tried to take us for a walk. Now we're going to rest, we have to get up super early!
